The start of the process is the same: I look at what you have now. And it doesn't end with signing – a review, if warranted or on request, keeps the order in order.
A free 20-minute conversation: what the company does, what the existing policies are, what's changed recently. This is where I ask for your existing policies.
I build a table from the policies: what protects what, until when, with what deductible – and where there's a gap or overlap. This is the shared basis for decisions.
Where there's something to do, I request quotes from several insurers and line them up side by side on the same criteria – with strengths and weaknesses.
You decide, I handle it: signing, cancelling in the proper order, change notifications, coordinating effective dates – with the goal of leaving no day uncovered wherever possible.
At each renewal, if you let me know, I look at the table again: has headcount, premises or revenue changed? Re-tendering if justified – and the next year is ready.
The details of the process in the Insights collection: how the portfolio review works · how to read the quote comparison tables · the annual review routine.
The first conversation is 20 minutes. The cover map and the round of quotes depend on the size of the portfolio and the insurers' response times – typically a matter of weeks rather than days, timed to the renewal date. There's no pressure to decide: until you decide otherwise, I won't touch your existing contracts – they carry on according to their own policy terms (premium payments, renewal date, index-linking). A dedicated article covers the proper order of switching: switching at renewal.
Free of charge and without obligation: I review what you have, and where there might be a gap or overlap – the decision is always yours.
